Immediate opening for a third-party logistics (3PL) company based in Canada, offering services such as warehousing, distribution, customs brokerage, and freight transportation. They serve a broad client base across Canada and the United States. Located in Milton, ON.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administration duties for multiple companies (phone, email, internal / external communication)
Scanning vendor payables and credits
Filing payables and paperwork
Pulling and matching payables for weekly payment runs
Logging into various portals and systems to verify transactions (shipments, invoices, credits)
Data entry in accounting system (Sage300)
Matching data from reports to system data
Departmental mail distribution
Other duties as assigned
Skills:
-1 yr experience in Accounting
-General computer skills
-Microsoft Proficient
-Strong communication and comprehension skills
