Job Description

We have a direct-hire placement with a great company in London - that means you will be on our client's payroll from day 1! You will be working for a leading financial services company specializing in credit solutions, risk management, and financial analytics.

This is an in-person position in London, ON. All applicants must be able to travel to the office in London Monday through Friday.

We are hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level / Junior Accountant to join our finance team! This is a great position for recent graduates or those with a foundational understanding of accounting principles who are eager to build their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment!

Duties Include:
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records (general ledger entries, reconciliations, account analysis)
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions (invoice processing, payment processing)
- Perform routine bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions
- Assist with financial audits by providing necessary documentation
- Answering queries from auditors
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in accounting, or related field
- Some experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- CPA is not required for this position

Salary:
- $50,000 - 60,000/ year, based on experience
