Responsibilities:
- Design and implement control, instrumentation, and safety systems
- Lead automation projects from design through commissioning
- Develop and revise electrical schematics, panel layouts, and P&IDs
- Specify field instrumentation and control components
- Support installation, field testing, and troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate across disciplines to integrate control systems efficiently
- Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with industry standards

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in automation engineering
- Proficient in PLC, HMI, SCADA systems (Rockwell Automation preferred)
- Strong AutoCAD skills and control system documentation experience
- Willing to travel 30-50% across North America
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
