Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities across four locations
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production needs
- Ensure compliance with OHSA and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage maintenance budgets and contractor performance
- Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and cost efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team through regular feedback and reviews
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or Journeyperson certification with relevant leadership training
- 5-10 years of technical trade experience and at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of OHSA and building regulations
- Proven project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication and team-building abilities
