The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IT hardware procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to supporting a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Forecast quarterly demand for PC components (CPU, RAM, SSD, etc.) using sales data and market trends.
- Monitor pricing, supply risks, and inventory levels to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage vendor relationships, review weekly part lists, and lead quotation negotiations.
- Approve supplier pricing and adjust strategies based on market and production needs.
- Coordinate PO issuance, payments, and delivery tracking across internal teams.
- Handle returns, credits, and aging inventory through resale or liquidation channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in hardware procurement or sales (PC, server, electronics industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of IT components and market trends.
- Skilled in negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor performance management.
- Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain data tools.
- Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English for global communication.
