Responsibilities:
- Manage brand awareness, website updates, and content creation to support lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Work with the sales team to ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems and support the order process.
- Maintain sales order records, coordinate with production, and handle customer messages and requests.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales and parts reports for forecasting and tracking.
- Prepare and update documents such as invoices, orders, and customs clearance forms.
- Optimize workflow procedures and resolve system errors across all channels.
Qualifications:
- College diploma in Business Administration related education.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in E-commercial or marketing field.
- Intermediate level of using MS-Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
