Our partner's British Columbia Distribution Centre is a key logistics hub in the optical industry, located in Delta, BC. It supports the distribution of eyewear and related products to retail locations across several provinces, including Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. The centre works in coordination with a nearby support office to ensure efficient operations and service delivery.

This is a permanent position offering a salary of $50000 - $65000/Annually. Let us connect you with this great career opportunity! Key Responsibilities
 Deliver exceptional customer service to retail stores across Canada, handling queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
 Manage order placement, tracking, and updates with internal and third-party labs, ensuring clear communication with stores.
 Maintain accurate data and records to support customer service operations and decision-making.
 Respond to phone and email inquiries, offering support on job feasibility, prescription-related questions, and general service needs.
 Process lab, store, and warranty credit claims in line with company standards, including assessment and store communication.
 Collaborate with internal teams to share information, resolve issues, and support departmental goals.
 Follow SOPs consistently and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
 Escalate concerns and provide regular updates to the Customer Services Supervisor as needed.

Skills and Experience
Essential
 Licensed Optician with strong customer focus with a positive, approachable, and proactive attitude.
 Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner and open, honest interaction.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
 Demonstrates a willingness to exceed expectations and handle store feedback or complaints professionally.
 Basic understanding of optics and related service needs.
