Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for dealers, ensuring responsive and professional support
- Manage orders, returns, and service requests with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill dealer needs
- Resolve delivery issues and track order status proactively
- Maintain up-to-date customer data and communication records in CRM/ERP systems
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in customer service or coordination, preferably in manufacturing or building materials
- Experience with B2B clients, dealers, or distributors is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is an asset
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
