We're looking for a driven and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, support team development, and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse processes. The pay rate for this position is $25/hour.
The role is located in the heart of Mississauga, offering easy access and a great work environment.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
Supervise and support warehouse staff to meet performance, accuracy, and safety goals
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and verify shipping documents
Monitor inventory, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Schedule, train, and cross-train team members as needed
Complete data entry and reporting tasks using warehouse systems
What You Bring:
2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
Strong computer literacy; familiar with WMS and RF scanner use
Certified to operate Reach, Order Picker, Counterbalance (electric), and Walkie forklifts
First Aid certification or willingness to complete training
Reliable with an excellent attendance record
