This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Consultant located in North York, ON. The role can be hybrid or fully in-office. The Customer Service Consultant will handle customer inquiries, provide qualified workers to meet client staffing requirements, ensure customer satisfaction, improve the customer experience, and address service concerns. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues effectively.
What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person; provide timely, accurate information
- Provide qualified workers to meet client staffing requirements; confirm assignments and start details
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring fill rates, attendance, and on-the-job performance
- Improve the customer experience by anticipating needs, offering solutions, and following up proactively
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, confirmations, and compliance in our system
- Collaborate across teams (recruiting, payroll, sales) to resolve issues and deliver on service commitments
- Coordinate daily schedules including job orders, confirmations, and follow-ups; support branch projects as needed

What we're looking for
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and assigned employees
- Experience ensuring customer satisfaction and improving the customer experience (hospitality, retail, call centre, collections, salon/spa, admin, etc.)
- Proficiency in customer support and resolving service issues; calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Excellent oral and written communication; attention to detail and solid problem-solving
- Organized, great with time management; comfortable with email, databases/CRMs, and MS Office
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Location: North York, ON
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (daytime). Hybrid or in-office.
