Role Description
We're hiring a full-time Customer Service Consultant for our North York team (hybrid or in-office). In this role, you'll be the friendly go-to person for our clients-answering calls, responding to emails, and meeting with them in person to understand their staffing needs and deliver fast, reliable solutions. You'll ensure customer satisfaction, improve the overall service experience, and resolve any concerns with care. You'll also connect with job seekers, maintain accurate records of interactions, and collaborate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.

What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for our clients: connect with them by phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and deliver fast, friendly service
- Build lasting relationships: support clients with quick solutions, regular updates, and proactive follow-ups that keep their business running smoothly
- Keep the day flowing: coordinate schedules, confirmations, and job orders so clients and candidates are always in the loop
- Team up with hiring managers: learn what they're looking for and provide the right people quickly and confidently
- Welcome and guide job seekers: meet new candidates, interview them, and match them with opportunities that fit
- Stay organized and accurate: maintain notes, files, and compliance records in our CRM to keep everything on track
- Bring the energy to the team: share ideas, jump in where needed, and celebrate wins together

What we're looking for
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Proven experience in people-focused roles (hospitality, events, call centre, collections, stylist, etc.)
- Clear, upbeat communicator who builds relationships easily
- Organized, solutions-focused, and confident under pressure
- Comfortable with email, databases/CRMs, and MS Office
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A positive attitude-and you thrive when it's busy

Location: North York, ON
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (daytime). Hybrid or in-office.
