We're hiring a full-time Customer Service Consultant for our North York team (hybrid or in-office, daytime). In this role, you'll be the friendly go-to person for our clients-answering calls, responding to emails, and meeting with them in person to understand their staffing needs and deliver fast, reliable solutions. You'll ensure customer satisfaction, improve the overall service experience, and resolve any concerns with care. You'll also connect with job seekers, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person
- Support clients with quick, friendly solutions and regular updates
- Coordinate job orders, schedules, and follow-ups
- Interview and connect job seekers with the right opportunities
- Work with a supportive team to keep everything on track
