What You'll Do
- Test juice batches (Brix, pH, acidity, Vitamin C, sensory evaluations) before release
- Perform testing on finished aseptic products for accuracy & consistency
- Conduct packaging checks, case code inspections, and peroxide/pasteurizer tests
- Assist with microbiology testing (pH, plating, environmental swabbing, water/air testing)
- Record results, report out-of-spec findings, and support the Quality Control team
Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education required; Bachelor's in Food Science preferred
- 1-3 years' experience in the food industry (minimum 2 years in Quality Control & Food Manufacturing)
- Knowledge of health & safety systems
- Familiarity with CFIA/FSEP audit systems and FSSC 22000 preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Legally permitted to work full-time in Canada
- Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or overnight shifts
