Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach
Perform initial optical assessments
Support customers in selecting eyewear to suit their needs and style
Schedule and manage optical appointments
Process transactions and handle payments accurately
Offer:
Competitive hourly wage: $18-$19/hr (based on experience)
Comprehensive benefits after 3 months
3 weeks paid vacation
Flexibility to work at both Vaughan Mills and Woodbridge locations
Your Skills & Experience:
Previous retail and or in-person customer service experience 2yrs
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and computer skills
Reliable, professional, and committed to long-term part-time work
Must be available to work all shifts, including days, afternoons, and weekends
