Job Description

Our client located in Burlington is looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to add to their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

 Providing ongoing support to clients
 Building rapport with clients
 Supporting assigned clients with changes, new products/service and new program
 Generating reports and addressing concerns
 Troubleshooting issues with clients
 Presenting new initiatives and supporting sales team
 Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will/must have:

 Fluently Bilingual in both French and English
 1-3 years of account management experience
 College and/or University Degree
 Strong customer services skills
 Superior working knowledge of MS Office
 Ability to multi-tasks
 Strong critical and analytical skills
