Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Mississauga, ON (near the airport)
Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
Our client, an industry leader, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role covers financial planning, analysis, reporting, and M&A support.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead month-end and year-end close activities (accruals, variance analysis, reconciliations, audit support).
Build and improve budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards.
Deliver financial models and insights to senior leadership.
Support acquisitions through due diligence, integration, and reporting.
Partner with cross-functional teams for ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives.
Drive process improvements, automation, and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (CPA/CFA/MBA a plus).
5+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate accounting.
Strong experience with close processes and financial reporting.
M&A exposure preferred.
Advanced Excel; ERP/BI tools an asset.
Excellent analytical, communication, and business acumen skills.
