We are hiring a Reverse Logistics Coordinator to work for our client at their Logistics Facility.
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (must be flexible with shift times)
Location: Brampton, ON
- This company is moving to Mississauga in September 2025 so you must be able to work in Mississauga as of September
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end reverse logistics processes, create/manage solutions for inventory capacity issues, and assist in escalated reverse logistics issues
- Monitor returns area, organize, and support process for loading returns/staging/tagging
- Track, review, and update daily returns and inbound product
- Monitor team trailer loading audit protocol for outbound product
- Create BOLs
- Maintain warehouse cage lists by client SOP standards
- Reporting and updating records
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar Logistics role in the Transportation/Logistics industry
- Experience with reverse logistics
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong data entry skills
- High attention to detail
- Safety-conscious
- Goal-oriented
