Essential Duties:
This engineer needs to be deeply familiar with Dynamics 365 and how to configure its functions, to help support our efforts to build a next generation mental health case management solution on that platform. Working with Employer Products Engineering team, building mental health case management applications. Have a major capital initiative to enhance how we are using Dynamics 365 for our mental health case management and are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Engineer or functional lead, with a strong focus on designing and implementing solutions for complex business applications.
Extensive experience in architecting complex solutions with Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, Connectors, Data flows, Power Apps Component Framework & Power Automate and SSIS Packages (Kingsway Soft).
Thorough understanding of the Power Platform Success by Design and how the platform needs to be architected considering the service protection limits, deploy ability, maintainability and environmental constraints.
Familiarity with data mapping, data transformation, and data synchronization techniques for seamless data exchange.
Strong understanding of security considerations and compliance requirements with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Ability to commit to continuous learning to implement modern solutions to solve business challenges.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex cross-functional requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Abilities:
Dynamics 365 functional knowledge
Strong Soft skills communicating with product and business teams, including requirement analysis and solutioning
D365 modules: customer service and customer journeys
Knowledge of additional modules in D365
Experience in the health care industry
Knowledge of Microsoft and Azure ecosystem for integrations
