Length: Contract term is 12 months with possibility of extensions
Location: Calgary, Alberta - Onsite
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Requirements:
This position is responsible for satisfying customer requirements for courier services within a single customer location. In this role, the individual is responsible for mail runs (driving) throughout the day. When time allows this individual will assist in the site with finishing or printing as required.
This position works with other members of the production team to facilitate quality control, so the Customer receives a perfect job. Assisting all customers in a manner that meets or exceeds expectations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Courier Drive Responsibilities
Courier driver will have access to company provided van
Multiple Mail runs
Delivering printer/copier consumables, print orders and paper
Keeping vehicle gassed up, interior clean, free of garbage and exterior washed
Scheduling vehicle maintenance as required
Finishing Responsibilities
Set up and operate various specialized finishing equipment and machines that cut, fold, gather and finish brochures, magazines, books, business forms and other printed material
Operate binding equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserter, laminating and hole punchers)
Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
Perform maintenance and repair to maximize customer uptime
Clean and maintain equipment
Maintain inventory
Printing Responsibilities
Operate digital print equipment
Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
Track and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date
Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes
Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels
QUALIFICATIONS:
Class 5 License
Clean Drivers Abstract
Experience with the following equipment & software would be an asset
B&W and colour printer
Paper cutter
Paper drill
Autopunch / Autocoiler
Demonstrate full knowledge of equipment, service offerings and processes.
Able to lift and move 50 pounds
Able to operate finishing /binding equipment
Able to operate centralized digital equipment
Able to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues
Math skills (multiplication, division, percentages)
Operation of PC applications in networked environment
Able to read, write and follow instructions
Listen, understand and communicate effectively
Willingness to learn and take direction
Able to work with others in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE:
6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment
EDUCATION:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Post high school technology training or experience (Preferred)
