Position title: Call Center Agent
Length: 6 - 12 months with the possibility of an extension
Location: Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (Hybrid)
Hours of work: Ability to do Shiftwork in a 24 x 7 environment) 7 days a week including holidays
Overtime possibility: Yes

Requirements:
ROLE MANDATE:
 Take customer calls and provide support for their inquiries

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
 Create great customer experiences at every interaction
 Connect and support customers via phone, live webchat and email
 Document and record all customer interactions in order to monitor and analyze customer experiences
 Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, research every issue and providing solutions
 Offer advice and guidance on products, services and promotions to enhance the player's interaction and value-add from offerings
 Escalate player inquiries, as needed, to ensure quality interactions and customer satisfaction is achieved
 Investigate complaints and update accounts
 Uphold the high standards in all customer activities

KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:
 University degree or college diploma in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE:
 2-3 years' experience in customer service
 2-3 years' experience in working in fast paced environments

CRITICAL SKILLS:
 Strong Customer service skills
 Communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong speaking and writing skills (English)
 Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
 Knowledge of Microsoft applications, internet, and proficient keyboarding skills

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
 Bilingual in French is an asset
 Work in 24/7/365 operations
 Shift work, holiday and weekend work required
