As a Financial Planning and Analyst, you play a pivotal role in evaluating and interpreting financial information to support critical decision-making processes., you will contribute to the success of the organization by providing insightful financial analysis, generating comprehensive reports, and actively participating in budgeting and forecasting activities. Your meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in data manipulation techniques, and effective communication skills will be essential in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity in the presentation of financial information.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process and assist in monthly forecasting activities to aid in strategic planning.
- Keep a close eye on financial performance, identify trends, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in customer credit reviews, conduct financial statement analysis, and prepare credit writeups.
- Continuously evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiency within the finance function.
- Provide support for special projects as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:
- Completed or pursuing post-secondary education in a relevant discipline such as finance, accounting, or business.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation techniques.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all work.
- Excellent communication skills, conveying information clearly and concisely.
