Wealth Management Assistant, Full Time in Guelph!
Direct Hire Position, Long Term! 50k-65k yearly Salary

The successful Candidate will have current accreditation - Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC), CSC or IFIC

The Right Candidate
- Responsible for providing complete administrative support as well as develop, implement and maintain support systems, while operating in a fast-paced, confidential, multi-tasking environment.
- Self-motivated
- Highly organized individual with an ease for communication and a passion for
client service.

Responsibilities
- Support the Advisor with the ongoing Client Servicing, engaging the Advisor when Client
Portfolios require suitability reviews, KYC updates or investment recommendations
- Arranging Client meetings, answering queries (within limitations of scope of the role), and
following up on missing documentation by phone and email
- Preparing documentation required to open and update Client Accounts in accordance with
Regulatory Rules and Recommendations
- Accurately entering Client Trades as directed by the Advisor in a timely manner
- Process transactions in Client Accounts including deposits, withdrawals, transfers,
systematic plans, etc.
- Maintain complete and accurate Client Files and ensuring all Client interactions are fully
documented
- Understand the required documentation and governing rules for all financial account types
(i.e., RRSP, TFSA, RESP, LIRA, etc.)
- Stay up to date with Regulatory Guidelines and ensuring Compliance with Regulations in all
activities

Experience Required
- Postsecondary education in Business or equivalent experience in a Financial Services role
- The successful Candidate will have current accreditation - Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC), CSC or IFIC
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Digital Forms, Salesforce and client onboarding
- Customer service orientation with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients on the phone, face-to-face and by email
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to quickly adapt to ever changing priorities/time rest
