We are currently looking for a Carpentry Operations Manager to oversee our client's carpentry division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our carpentry operations, including planning, budgeting, and executing projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of woodworking operations, including planning, budgeting, and executing projects.
- Manage a skilled team of carpenters and woodworking professionals.
- Promote efficiencies and high-quality products through manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Optimize operations by collaborating with other departments.
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Develop and implement carpentry strategies to achieve company goals.
- Plan and execute projects within budget and schedule constraints.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments for successful completion.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in the carpentry/woodworking industry.
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a unionized environment.
