Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Administrative Rep. with a strong Customer Service background!

Flexible Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-3pm,
Wage: $18-19

The right candidate:

- Must be comfortable working autonomously most of the day
- Strong customer service background
- Must be enthusiastic, professional, friendly and empathetic
- Must be comfortable answering the phones with a calm and professional demeanor
- Strong computer skills - You will be responsible for printing the weekly bulletin
- Responsible for room bookings within the building - Attention to detail
