We have permanent, full-time opportunity in our client's Mississauga location for Inside Sales.
You'll be working both at the front counter, and on the phones, in inside sales. In this position, you will assist clients face-to-face and by phone or email, providing superior customer service with product inquiries. You'll be entering orders, generating sales, up-selling, cross-selling, merchandising the show room and flyer items, and identifying sales opportunities to grow.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years, or more, of inside sales experience, preferably with industrial sales; experience working in a branch based B2B environment, on a pro-desk, or parts counter.
Tooling experience is not mandatory, but highly desired.
CRM (Customer relationship management) experience a plus.
Strong attention to detail is necessary in this position.
This position also requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer skills.
Must have exceptional communication skills and be diligent In following up on new business.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
