Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing comprehensive warehouse management, encompassing team supervision and meticulous inventory control. We are seeking an ideal candidate with a profound grasp of warehouse operations, backed by a demonstrated history of success in leadership positions.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing both warehouse and cleaning staff, which involves the recruitment, mentoring, training, and scheduling of employees
- Managing inventory control with a focus on receiving, storing, processing returns, and shipping products efficiently.
- Formulating and implementing policies and procedures aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiencies
- Ensuring the seamless flow of goods in and out of the warehouse to optimize operational effectiveness
- Addressing customer complaints promptly and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Generating invoices and managing purchasing orders to facilitate smooth transactions
- Spearheading continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing various processes within the warehouse
- Upholding strict compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS system
- Experience in cross-borders shipment
- Proficiency in inventory management including barcoding systems
