We are looking for a customer service representative with a familiarity and passion for Caribbean food to join our team in Richmond Hill!
Work for a company that started in Jamaica in 1922 as small traders and wharf operators. Today, the company is one of the Caribbean's largest and most dynamic corporate entities with a network of companies located across the Caribbean, North and Central America and the United Kingdom.
We are looking for someone that is available to work a day shift Monday to Friday. The pay rate for this position starts at $20/hour.
Job Details:
- Create sales orders received via sales reps., fax or directly from customers.
- Excellent experience with SAP. Generate customer invoices.
- Address customer inquiries.
- Provide information pertaining to charges and service conditions, where applicable.
- File documents and paperwork.
- Prepare and coordinate courier packages.
Must Have;
- A passion for and familiarity with Caribbean food
- Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and email.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Professional telephone manners.
