Full Time Customers service - Warehouse & Inventory Control Position Available Now In Mississauga!
Must have experience working in Warehouse related Inventory Control, 2 years experience

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL-TIME MORNING SHIFTS MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

Experience Required
- 2 years Warehouse Inventory Control/Logistics/Warehousing
- 2 years Customer Service related experience
- Working on CRMs

$19hr plus 4% vacation pay!
Weekly Friday Pay!

Job Duties:
-Compile and maintain records in the warehouse management system of type and quantity of products, materials, equipment, merchandise and supplies stored at the facility.
-Process receipts in the warehouse management system.
-Complete QA receipt handling and sampling documents.
-Generate inventory stock reports and Perform cycle counts.
-Verify system data and physical count of stock.
-Identify discrepancies/errors
-Sign in/out Carrier Drivers.
-Liaise with Customers via email and phone.
-Process and assembly courier sample orders.
-Process returns and damages.
-Work closely with Facility Manager, Supervisors and Warehouse Personnel.
-Allocate/process inventory transactions in support of co-pack/re-pack operations.
-Sort and maintain files of hard copies of receipt, shipment and product paperwork.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service and working in warehousing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs.
- Ability to problem solve/troubleshoot quickly and prioritize daily tasks.
- Ability to work in collaboration with others.
- Computer proficiency/knowledge in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
