Our client located in Halifax is looking for a Live-In Maintenance Associate to add to their growing team. A Two-bedroom apartment unit is included (Rent free)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Performing repair and maintenance
Responding to emergencies
Maintaining building infrastructure
Correcting recuring maintenance issues
Executing routine maintenance such as painting, plumbing and minor electrical repairs
Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Must live on site (Halifax)
Flexibility to be on call every 2 to 3 weeks
4+ years of maintenance experience required
Strong manual aptitude
