Our client located in Halifax is looking for a Maintenance Associate to add to their growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Performing repair and maintenance to two to three properties
Responding to emergencies on a rotating schedule
Maintaining building infrastructure
Correcting recurring maintenance issues
Executing routine maintenance such as painting, plumbing and minor electrical repairs
Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
Flexibility to be on call every 2 to 3 weeks
Previous maintenance experience
Strong manual aptitude
