Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE but not limited to:
As the Senior Operations Associate on AIR MILES Receipts, you will manage all functions of our day-to-day operations, with the goal of helping us deliver an easy to use and rewarding experience that our collectors love.
Develop and drive process improvements to our operations ecosystem
Find efficiencies in our systems and processes to help us serve collectors faster, more accurately and with fewer issues
Analyze our receipt scanning metrics and KPIs - use data driven insights to help us improve scanning accuracy and offer redemption.
Work with our receipt processing team to improve collector outcomes. Train the team on new tasks and product updates.
Work with new and existing Air Miles Partners to onboard them onto AIR MILES Receipts. Lead the offer lifecycle - from initial ideation to going live in the App.
Partner with Product and Engineering on how we can improve our processing systems. Take an active role in shaping the future of what processing looks like.
Create and maintain our offer schedule. Ensure all offers go live on time and technical specifications are correct.
Partner with our Collector Care team to ensure our front-line ambassadors are empowered to serve collectors for AIR MILES Receipts related inquiries
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of related work experience in either a Tech, Startup, or Rewards environment.
Ticketing - previous exp with JIRA or PM system
Comfortable with technology
Very comfortable with Excel
Previous experience in making process improvements
EDUCATION:
bachelor's degree
