Requirements:
ROLE MANDATE:
 The Technology Integration Management Office (TIMO) Integrated Program Planner will be responsible for creating and managing an overall integration plan based on inputs from individual programs and underlying projects. They will work with TIMO leadership to manage updates to this integrated plan and conduct periodic reviews with program leaders to monitor risks, issues and key decisions that impact the plan. This position will report to the Senior Director IS PMO.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (including but are not limited to):
 Responsible for integrated program plan development and management in our client's program management tools, manage cross-program interdependencies in the plan and period plan progress reviews to ensure that integration program remains on track

WORK PRODUCTS:
 Create and maintain the overall integration plan in our client's tools (MS Project, MS Project Online)
 Manage ongoing updates to the integrated program plan based on the updates to underlying programs and projects
 Engage TIMO coordinator(s) to update the program plan and issue communications on a weekly basis
 Drive identification of the integrated program's critical path and review it with the program leads for accuracy
 Review and assess impacts of risks and issues on key milestones and deliverables
 Ensure Project Management Office (PMO) standards within the program plan
 Identify and manage cross-program dependencies in the program plan and ensure program deliverables stay on time and on budget
 Provide support and oversight to ensure programs use the standard process and approach
 Monitor and support TIMO Master Program lead on resolution of program level risks and issues
 Escalate significant issues and risks as appropriate to the TIMO leadership

Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
 10+ years of experience leading integrated program/project planning and ongoing management
 5+ years of experience managing and planning large programs and projects
 Experience in managing merger/integration programs is an asset
 Experienced with program and program management practices and tools including Microsoft Project (expert level), Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Project Online (expert level)
 Ability to rapidly learn new project management processes and operating practices and apply this knowledge to support programs and projects
 Hands-on experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel to plan and report on projects
 University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration
 Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is an asset
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
 Understanding of the railroad business is a bonus
