Length: 12-month contract with the potential for extension/ permanent placement dependent on performance.
Location: Grande Prairie, AB
Pay Rate: $18.75/ hr

Requirements:
JOB PROFILE:
This position is responsible for satisfying customer requirements for courier services within a single customer location. In this role, the individual is responsible for two mail runs per day, delivering to 22 locations, delivering mail, paper and consumables. When time allows this individual will assist in the site with finishing and/or printing as required. This position works with other members of the production team to facilitate quality control, so the Customer receives a perfect job. Assisting all customers in a manner that meets or exceeds Xerox expectations.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Receive print requests, hard copy and digital
Determine output requirements
Machine set-up, print and check proofs (may include scanning and document manipulation)
Perform maintenance and repair to maximize customer uptime.
Track and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date
Record meter reads, process production forms and maintain records
Back up courier driver
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with the following equipment & software would be an asset
B&W and colour printer
Freeflow
Bindery equipment
Able to operate large centralized digital equipment
Able to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues
Operation of PC applications in networked environment
Able to lift and move 50 pounds
Good communications skills (oral and written)
Willingness to learn and take direction
Able to work with others in a team atmosphere with minimal supervision
Valid Alberta Drivers license required with clean abstract
Other duties as assigned
