One of our major banking clients is looking for a Sr. Project Manager (Experience with Benevity platform and CyberGrants)
Length: 6 Months contract with a huge possibility of extension and conversion to FTE.
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am-5 pm

Requirements:
ROLE MANDATE:
The selected candidate will support the development and execution of employee giving and engagement program strategies, including Kids Help Phone Walk so Kids Can Talk campaign, and other giving, fundraising and volunteerism initiatives as needed. The project is in the beginning stages with the working committee being currently setup. This a great opportunity for the right candidate to engage in a highly visible role, and meaningful work at a top 5 Canadian bank.

GROUP CULTURE:
This is a highly collaborative team of 7. The selected candidate will be working closely with the relationship managers to ensure the campaign financial goals are achieved.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
 Lead execution of program operations, and Bank-wide marketing and communication strategies and tactics, including change management communications.
 Lead cross-functional collaboration and governance model that supports the delivery and execution of internal and external marketing and communication plans, in partnership with key stakeholders and support partners.
 Oversees project activities to ensure deadlines are met and program solutions are delivered as scheduled.
 Manages vendor, monitors, and serves as the subject matter expert for giving platform, ensuring successful bank-wide operation, reporting, user adoption, and change management
 Conducts data analysis to assess program outcomes, trends, and areas of opportunities to inform decision making for program optimization.
 Assist in implementing new strategies and initiatives for Employee Giving.
 Broader accountabilities as required.

Qualifications:
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
 Minimum of 7 years of relevant Project Management experience
 Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
 Previous experience with large enterprise initiatives and managing budgets of $100,000+
 Corporate Philanthropy, Marketing, Communications, and/or HR experience is preferred.
 Program management skills - In-depth/Expert.
 Experience managing related programs - In-depth/Expert.
 Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.
 Stakeholder management - will be working with 12+ stakeholders of varying seniority
 Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth / Expert.
 Influence skills - In-depth / Expert.
 MS Office (PowerPoint, MS Forms), and Sharepoint - In-depth/ Expert.
 Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - In-depth / Expert.
 Able to manage ambiguity.
 Data driven decision making - In-depth / Expert.
 Non-profit experience does not translate well to this role, but is a nice to have experience if other qualifications are met
 Previous banking experience a strong asset
 Bilingual (French/English) an asset
 Experience with Benevity platform and CyberGrants a nice to have
 PMP nice to have but not required
