One of our printing and consulting clients, is looking for a Bilingual (French) Admin Assistant/ Contract Analyst
Contract Length: 12-month contract with a possibility of extension
Location: Montreal, QC - Hybrid
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Contract Analyst is part of a team that is responsible for the administration of contracts from the order through initial invoice
 Critical to this role will be for the candidate to become a subject matter expert building a sound knowledge of these go to market strategies
 The incumbent will be the primary stakeholder of the comprehensive NC document, and responsible for the full administration and implementation of each deal, working collaboratively across multiple functional areas, such as sales, pricing, billing, supplies, product and pricing admin, and order entry to ensure accurate order entry and billing.
 Create Negotiated Contracts for all new XS and TDSA contracts as well as amendments to existing contracts
 Maintain close working relationship with the Pricing and Contracts department to ensure that each unique contract
 Understood, and that pricing and contract terms & conditions are accurately translated into internal instructions to ensure that orders are input correctly, and that customer invoicing is accurate.
 Coordinate the set up and implementation of new contracts / amendments by interfacing with appropriate functional departments eg. Pricing Managers, XS Fleet personnel, PriceClub, XFD, Customer Administration, XS operations etc.
 Provide support and guidance to the CA's in the Contract Support Centre with respect to the order entry requirements for all contracts.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS
 A minimum of 2 years' experience as a contract analyst in a related industry.
 Exceptional negotiation skills.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Good time-management skills.
 Ability to perform under pressure.
 Excellent computer skills.
 Fluently bilingual
 A keen eye for detail.
